DFB Laser for gas sensing

InP-based semiconductor laser diode which satisfies telecom grade reliability. A single-mode operation without mode-hopping is realized during wavelength tuning by current. A peltier device is integrated. A linewidth of ～2MHz and an SMSR of >35dB is guaranteed.
